I'm not sure about viewing full size images, but instead of just seeing that little tiny album cover at the top, you can now have larger images displayed along the left side of iTunes. In Apple Music, iTunes 12, and iTunes 11: Select File > Library > Get Album Artwork. You can also go to Music > iTunes > Album Artwork > Delete the Cache folder. You can once again see album artwork in the song view.
